My suggestions:
First thing you will need to do in order to get your business up and running. Business cards. Go online and get 100 hundred business cards, car magnets, flyers, etc. Vista Print is a good place to start. If you can put your picture in the upper right hand corner, the name of your business, your phone number – and even offer a ten percent off coupon on it – you will have a valuable card. Red, white, and blue are always catchy. If you need any ideas, I am sure you can do a search on Google. There are alot of companies who make these card and templates that reflect different types of services. All you will have to do is type in your information. There are several ways to advertise however, best advertisement is word of mouth. First, you have to start getting customers. This is where the list of companies that I am providing to you is going to come in handy.
Business Cards – It is very important and professional to have business cards made for your business. Each time you go on a call you will want to hand the customer your business card so that they can get a hold of you if they should need you in the future. It also allows them to recommend you to others so you may even give them a couple of extra cards to pass out to others. Later as you start to get into a better financial situation, you may even think about have your company name put on your work shirts. It is not expensive to buy plain tee shirts at Walmart (about $4.00 each) and have your company name printed on them for you.
Car or Truck Advertisements (car magnets)
You can have a couple of door magnets with your company name on it to place on each side of the front doors of you vehicle. Be sure your company logo and phone numbers are large enough to be seen. Another option is to have your company logo put on the back of your car window. Each of these things are very inexpensive if you go online and order them. Another thing you may do is Call Towing Companies and Offer to Open Cars, charge batteries and/or change tires for them! Towing companies get calls for these services on a regular basis. Look them up and give them a call. You might be able to handle some of their overflow and make a deal with them.
