You will be linked to multiple dispatch centers and will receive work directly to your cell phone. The customer service rep will give you the location, vehicle year/make/model, members contact number and a service order number. This is what you will use for billing. If you choose to take the job you will then give the rep an ETA
(estimated time of arrival). After the job is complete you then submit the service order number online for payment. You will not have to collect any money from the member unless instructed to ( their service is normally covered in full ).
After accepting a call you will need to give the member a courtesy call to let them know your ETA (estimated time of arrival). It is also wise to reconfirm that the address given is correct. Once you are on scene, you will perform the service, (majority of calls take about 5 mins of labor) you will have the member sign an invoice and you are done.
